New video "Music"

I've met many cats in my musical travels and honestly rarely do you find "real" cats like the one behind the Infinit3 Recording studio

Skinny from Infinit3 RecordsI've met many cats in my musical travels and honestly rarely do you find "real" cats like the one behind the Infinit3 Recording studio. He's name is Skinnie. Very un-assuming dude at first meet but when you get to know dude, he has a progressive passion towards what he does. Whether it's music/video production or nurturing his lyrical abilities plus gathering a roaster of artists who hold their own to work toward one cause, making musical moves!

It was late 2009 when I decided to infiltrate the Ugandan music market after some consideration, one thing I noticed is that dudes here have a vibrant music/Hip-Hop scene. Yeah some are a lil caught up in this whole UGAFLOW/LUGAFLOW Hip-Hop movement as they try garner support and love from the masses. That's cool, can't knock that. But I came in on a more "let's focus on the work and stay away from petty politics".

Like I've said on radio is "think past that!". So we have dudes creating "beef" n all over that, or trying to, and it's actually a lil comical. They try and emulate the early 90s East Coast/West Cost Hip-Hop era. Guys are even getting shot. It's NEVER that serious! Peeps actually be believing that shit and  honestly mostly don't make too much sence. Like my girl Keko (illest female rapper/vocalist in Uganda) says "haha, buggs bunnys they so funny". In a different context I know girl, but it fits on this. But in hindsight as they are doing so they loose the whole aspect of real MUSIC which is based primarily on well....MUSIC! And what's gonna happen, there shall be dudes who are gonna steady pace past them.

Howee DoI admire the Ugandan energy. For one: It's receptive. They actually support their own, and outsiders who got something to say. True Hip-Hop is competitive here, I like that. It at many times feels like I belong. So I hop on shows, interviews on telly pls radio which is cool. My mission manifested ventually to get a capla talented acts of their "comfort" zone and cross continental and regional lines. I manage and ofcouse like Nas said 1nce 'people fear what thay don't understand, hate what they can't conquer, I guess it's just a theory of man". So there's some doubt. But as a wise man said (Robert Deniro in the movie heat "where there's doubt...there's no doubt!). So the vision is been worked on as we speak and got a team of guys steady working to get that achieved. But ofcourse charity begins at home first right? And being that recently I was mandated as an East African I can do EA however I so please, and still maintaining my global vision which I will (not wish) for fruitation.

I'll tell you this, like some in a close-click-crew know...Africa is been closely poached by American record exects who I managed to get in contact with directly through the very same internet marketing means that I use to get y'all my updates and music. Now some skeptics may say "oh he is just sayin that for the sake of saying that, tryna place himself on a pedestal n what have you". Well you may be 1.5%  right, but I'm 110% sure.

But let's get back to this track right here.

I googled "Kampala music recording studios" n these guys came up 1st. Infinit3 Records. I've dealt with several studios here and mainly two have worked my nerves even to the fact that I had lawyers handle one sabotage situation (music biz is shady for those who r making noise that are not originally from UG). Ask Prezzo! They even cut off ur sound while performing. But luckily I got in from the inside, a I'm a Hip-Hop Hustler, so I hip hop my options into several sets haha. But these  Infinit3 fellas are self made professionals plus consistent. And the team are ALL REAL fellaz!

Without much further ado lemme get u in on a song and video titled MUSIC that actually grows in you. It's pretty cool. Production is on pointttt plus vocals r illa...oh yeah Skinnie comes true plus ur bwoy Howee Do does what he knows best...HIM! Oh yeah, dude's are working on my video 'Fly High' which is gonna be sickness,,,right Skinnie?? haha....'Me Against The World' vid is on the way and it's gonna be the first to have clips 4rm EA and the UK as far as I'm concerned. Watch out/in for it.  History in tha making!!!

Here we go 4 now tho.....
